General Terms and Conditions Studio HENK Giveaway

1. Organizer This Studio HENK Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as “giveaway”) is organized by Studio HENK, located at Verrijn Stuartweg 14, 1112 AX Diemen, Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
    
2. Participation 2.1 Participation in the giveaway is free and open to individuals residing in the Netherlands and Belgium, who have reached the age of 18 or older. 2.2 By participating in the Giveaway, the participant agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
    
3. How to Participate 3.1 Participants can enter the giveaway by registering via the official Studio HENK website and completing the registration form, and by (going to) following us on one of our social media accounts. 3.2 Participants automatically accept subscription to the Studio HENK newsletter when participating in the giveaway. 3.3 Additional chance for the prize is offered to participants who share the giveaway in their Instagram Stories and tag friends in the comments. The giveaway runs until January 28, 2023. The winner will be announced before February 15, 2024.
    
4. Prize 4.1 The giveaway consists of winning €1000 store credit to be spent in one of our own Studio HENK stores. 4.2 The prize is personal and non-transferable. The giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize. 4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to film the redemption of the store credit and use the footage on its social media channels. 4.4 The store credit must be spent in one go before October 15, 2024. If (a) product(s) below €1000 is chosen, no cash refund will be given. 4.5 If choosing a total of products exceeding €1000, the winner must pay the difference. 4.6 Not valid in combination with other promotions or discounts.
    
5. Privacy and Data 6.1 The personal data provided by participants will be used in accordance with Studio HENK’s privacy policy.
    
6. Liability 7.1 The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by participating in the Giveaway or by the use or misuse of the prize. 7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
    
7. Applicable Law 8.1 Dutch law applies to this giveaway. 8.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this giveaway will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these General Terms and Conditions. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
