HPL Fenix Grigio Efeso 0725 steel

High-Pressed Laminate (HPL) is an innovative material made from paper and thermosetting resin. This thin layer of HPL is laminated onto a thick layer of HDF.

The material is resistant to wear, scratches, and impacts, and therefore has a very long lifespan.

Sustainability
HDF (High Density Fiberboard) is a relatively sustainable material. It consists of compressed wood fibers, sourced from responsible forestry with PEFC certification. However, due to the large amount of binder used in HDF, it is not very environmentally friendly and difficult to recycle.
