Solid oak is a renewable material that, as long as it is properly managed and harvested, can be very durable. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that the wood we use comes from an FSC certified source.

Properties of Natural Oak Lacquer

• Vibrant appearance, with some color variation
• May contain small knots
  
• Oak is a robust, durable wood type, suitable for intensive use
• Easy to maintain: simple to clean
• The clear lacquer finish protects against moisture and stains
• More susceptible to scratches: once a scratch occurs in the lacquer, it cannot be repaired. Please note that scratches are more visible on darker finishes.
