How does the steel service work?
Order samples
To ensure the texture and color perfectly match your style, you can curate a selection of our materials and fabrics yourself.
After placing your order, you will receive your sample package within two business days.
Costs
You pay €3 per sample. If you then place an order in one of our stores and bring the samples back, we will deduct the purchase price of the samples directly from your order.

What is the best way to assess my samples?
View your swatches in the right light
View the swatches in the room where the furniture will be placed. View them in daylight, but also in the evening and in warm artificial light. This way, you can see how you experience the color at different times of the day. Also, hold the swatch next to other materials in your interior, such as wood, textiles, or stone, to see how colors and textures come together in your space.
Consider the effect of size
Fabrics often appear slightly lighter on a full piece of furniture than on a small swatch. A larger surface catches more light, so the final result may subtly differ from what you have in your hand.
Can I also pick up material samples in the store?
In our stores, we always have a limited number of material and fabric samples in stock that you can take home immediately. Do you want to discover the full range? Then we recommend you to compile your sample package online.
Of course, you are also very welcome in our brand stores. Our interior advisors will gladly help you make a well-considered selection and can directly order the desired samples for you.
