Oak, coloured

White lacquer & black lacquer

Our lacquered furniture pieces are protected with a two-component lacquer. You can easily clean lacquer with a soft cloth and the Eco Multi Cleaner Spray. The spray is perfect for daily use.

Note that lacquer is more sensitive to scratches than hardwax oil. Therefore, we advise you to be careful with your furniture.

Humidity in your home

Keep in mind that wood is a natural, living material. If your room is too dry, wood works like a sponge and will eventually tear. Therefore, assuring the right level of humidity in the room will help ensure the durability of the wood. The relative humidity is different every day and depends on the weather conditions. We do advise you to keep the relative humidity in the room around 65%, or at least between 50% and 70%. This is not only good for your furniture, but also for your own health and your home. We advise you to regularly check your hygrometer for the percentage. A hygrometer indicates the percentage of moist in the room. Extensive thermometers and modern heating applications are also equipped with such a meter. Is the relative humidity too high or too low? You can maintain the right level with air humidifiers and dehumidifiers.

Note: it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper humidity, so that the wood does not tear.
