FAQ regarding COVID-19

Our priority is to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We are continuously monitoring the coronavirus situation to make sure that we are adhering to all of the official guidelines for our stores in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

Is your store in Amsterdam open?
Yes, for now we remain open 7 days a week. We have taken precautions to ensure the health and safety of you and our colleagues. We’ve asked our colleagues in the store not to come to work if they don’t feel well. We ask you to do the same. We would also like to ask you not to visit us with the entire family. This way, we can ensure the health and safety of everyone in our store. We also offer the possibility to make an appointment to visit us and meet with one of our interior advisors to discuss any personal interior or styling questions.

Is your store in Antwerp open? Yes, our Antwerp store is open from Tuesday to Sunday with a maximum of 30 visitors at a time. Because of this, we request that you don’t come with the entire family, and stay home if you are not feeling well, which we have also requested of our staff. We also offer the possibility to make an appointment to visit our store and meet with one of our interior advisors to discuss any personal interior or styling questions

What precautions have you taken to limit the risks of spreading COVID-19?

We’re cleaning the showroom regularly; we keep our distance and we don’t shake hands. We have asked our colleagues in the showroom to come to work only if they feel well. We ask you to do the same. In the meantime, we’re following the developments around the virus and adhering to the guidelines from the RIVM and the GGD.

Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online. Our colleagues are working hard to process all online orders, while our drivers are doing everything they can to deliver your furniture on time.

I have recently placed an order. Will it still be delivered?

If you have recently placed an order, we will still deliver it. Our delivery service JP Haarlem is doing everything it can to deliver our orders safely. For now, we expect 1-2 weeks delay. Please keep your eye on this page, as the situation might change.

What precautions is your delivery service taking to limit the risks of spreading COVID-19?

Our delivery service JP Haarlem is delivering with small teams to avoid spreading the virus amongst their drivers. They will deliver all furniture with two drivers. We kindly ask you to keep your distance (at least 1,5 meters) to limit any risks of spreading the virus. The drivers from JP Haarlem will sign for the delivery to avoid physical contact and they cannot take any cash payments.

Will my dining table still be assembled?

Yes, JP Haarlem still assembles all dining tables.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes. Please send an email to JP Haarlem to make a new appointment.
