FAQ regarding COVID-19

The corona virus is spreading throughout the Netherlands quickly. Therefore, the RIVM has installed guidelines for everyone in the country. Although the situation still feels surreal, we’re taking all the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

As we’re navigating everything that’s going on, we’re doing everything we can to keep you informed. Is your showroom in Amsterdam still open?

Yes, for now our showroom will remain open 7 days a week. We have taken precautions to ensure the health and safety of our colleagues and you. We’ve asked our colleagues in the showroom not to come to work if they don’t feel well. We ask you to do the same. We would also like to ask you not to come to our showroom with the entire family. This way, we can ensure the health and safety of everyone in our showroom. We also offer the possibility to make an appointment for a 'private shopping' session at our showroom in Amsterdam. You can also make an appointment for free online interior advice, an online interior advice session via Skype with one of our advisors.

What precautions have you taken to limit the risks of spreading COVID-19?

We’re cleaning the showroom regularly; we keep our distance and we don’t shake hands. We have asked our colleagues in the showroom to come to work only if they feel well. We ask you to do the same. In the meantime, we’re following the developments around the virus and adhering to the guidelines from the RIVM and the GGD.

Can I still order online?

Yes, you can still order online. Our colleagues are working hard to process all online orders, while our drivers are doing everything they can to deliver your furniture on time.

I have recently placed an order. Will it still be delivered?

If you have recently placed an order, we will still deliver it. Our delivery service JP Haarlem is doing everything it can to deliver our orders safely. For now, we expect 1-2 weeks delay. Please keep your eye on this page, as the situation might change.

What precautions is your delivery service taking to limit the risks of spreading COVID-19?

Our delivery service JP Haarlem is delivering with small teams to avoid spreading the virus amongst their drivers. They will deliver all furniture with two drivers. We kindly ask you to keep your distance (at least 1,5 meters) to limit any risks of spreading the virus. The drivers from JP Haarlem will sign for the delivery to avoid physical contact and they cannot take any cash payments.

Will my dining table still be assembled?

Yes, JP Haarlem still assembles all dining tables.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes. Please send an email to JP Haarlem to make a new appointment.
